WAY too expensive. I had a clogged sink, Knight plumbing came in, unscrewed one pipe, cleaned out a small clog and rescrewed the pipe. Took a total of 10 minutes, and he charged me $140! Only good thing about the service was that I watched and paid attention so I can fix this minor issue myself next time.
