I purchased a frig from them on 11/6/11 it had scratched doors the OWNER Jim told me they would have the doors ordered and replaced in 2 weeks\r that was not true we got the frig home and it was brand new and didn't even work the came out 2 days later to fix it as maybe they should check there products b4 sending ppl home with a frig that doesn't work and the story begins...\r today is 2/21/12 you can do the math ...\r we just had the fridge door installed 2 weeks ago still waiting on the freezer door by the way they dont match .\r they claimed the problem was amana /whirlpool\r FYI it's not they actually didi't order the doors until 1/13/12 after finally contacting amana/whirlpool on 1/11/12\r wow how shady is that and we are still waiting for the freezer door! it takes 4-6 weeks to get doors due to the fact they are custome made. more
