Absolutely Terrible Terrible Service. More than a month to get the simplest of responses out of these incompetents. What is their response?? we are still looking for your paperwork. Meanwhile, the legal battle around the issue continues at my expense and these idiots not only DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, but don't even have the common courtesy to respond to any inquries.
