I am a 2nd generation customer of United, my folks used them when I was young and my husband and I use them now. I have never had anything but helpful service, and they do just what they say they are going to do. Last summer we had a claim, my husband called United and he was pleased with the service and the resolution.
We have no reason to look elsewhere.
