I'm not sure what Scott H is talking about. However, I have had Impressive Creations complete 2 projects at my home and 1 at my business, and have had nothing but good experiences with them. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and their employees have never been anything but professional at all times. Great Guys, I would highly recommend them.
