All I can say is .....BUYER BEWARE. This Builder presents a beautiful home and claims that he provides a quality product. I bought my home in the Washingston Area from him last August. I and the other recent homeowners have experienced anything but quality and professionalism from this Builder. In fact, we can not get the Builder to respond to our phone calls regarding punch list items and warranty issues. He took our money and walked away. We have had numerous water leaks, unsafe electrical issues and now we are starting to develop structural issues and yet again can not get the Builder to respond. His warranty package for our new homes were the ""package documents"" left all over the house, a hand written list of the subcontractors used and non responsiveness to our calls. I will not buy another one of his homes and am concerned that I have bought a beautiful lemon!!!
