I have ordered from several EA's around, the area never the pearland location until this Valentine's Day. Decided to send my mother something different and healthy. Great idea except this location never delivered the gift basket or called. Called the next day, they gave a refund and no explanation. Also had a basket delivered to my wife from another location and everything worked out great. I do recommend EA just not this pearland location. They never offered to send a basket out, terrible customer service. I would never use them again for any special day!
