I've been to Matthew's Jewelers several times for different reasons. I have never had a bad experience here. They were able to repair a watch for me while I browsed the store. I take my engagement ring in every year it cleaned and checked. They have retipped the little prongs that hold the stone in place for me and have kept my ring looking brand newl.
Everyone who works here is really nice and it always seems like they want me to be happy.
