Ordering process was easy and shipping time fine. Prices are competitive, too. Don’t forget to check for online coupons (5-10%) and price match feature on their website.
HOWEVER shipping and return policies are sneaky with a great deal of fine print (policies are on website – just read ALL paragraphs carefully).
Be aware: free freight shipping is curbside only (in our case not UPS or FedEx), problematic if item is large and heavy (we are on a 10th floor). Our shipper asked for additional $100 to bring the item inside. ALSO return policy consists of original shipping charges incurred by vendor (even if sold with free shipping) PLUS 20% restocking fee PLUS your own shipping charges: A $500 purchase suddenly becomes a $212 refund! Just FYI: this dealer does not ship some products from NC location but only acts as a true middle man. Our product was sent from and returned directly to the manufacturer. Best solution: ask manufacturer for recommended vendors (e.g. Chief Mfg recommends The Final Click, The Projector People, Mounts and More, CSN Stores) Stands And Mounts is not on this list.
CONCLUSON: If you only need curbside shipping and are sure that you won’t need to return any items: great vendor. Otherwise better look elsewhere.
