My income tax refund was processed and approved by the IRS on February 15. When I called Mo Money Taxes, they had not received a letter from the bank about my refund. I had no idea that I needed a bank to get involved in my refund. Now the bank won't even let the taxpayer call them. They have an automated answer saying they will mail your refund. I am livid! I need my money now. I've been waiting since January 4, 2012 and haven't gotten my check yet. Mo' Money needs to be sued for their unlawful business practices. I'm a very unhappy consumer and will not use their services again.
