I lost water pressure this morning and called Shady Nook at 7:10a.m. expecting to leave a voice mail message. I was surprised and pleased that someone was in the office at that hour. By 8:20a.m., the service guys rolled into the driveway and by 9a.m., my water pressure was restored. Sure, had my husband been available to do the work himself, we would have saved some money but we found the charges to be reasonable and customary. No shady dealings with Shady Nook. Thanks so much for the prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced service
