I paid for the ""complete wash"" which is supposed to include complete interior clean, dashboards, mats, vacuum, exterior clean including the door jambs.
The wheels and exterior were ""ok"", a normal wash that you can pay $3.00 for.
The interior was NOT vacuumed good, there was still dirt, leaves and stuff left all through the interior.
Dashboards were wiped with a dirty wet rag that they wiped the exterior down with and was still lacking in clean.
I had to request that the guys wipe my door jambs.
Getting home I still got out the cleaning wipes and spent a good 15 minutes wiping down the entire interior.
Now this is a brand new SUV, just purchased a month ago, not like it really needed a whole lot.
DEFINITELY NOT worth $11.
I would be driving the distance to get the job done not only right but satisfactory.
This place cares about the turn around and the money, not the care of the vehicles or quality of service, which is the job and what people pay to expect.
Only gave one star because I couldn't publish with none!!!!
