I wish I had searched for some reviews online before hiring them. I got a speeding ticket while driving back from the keys in Sep 2011. They sent a letter saying money back guarantee if we hire them to appeal the citation.
I hired them by paying $150. And they did not even physically go to represent me. I lost the case and my fine remained same, and had to pay additional court fee of $106. So a total loss of $150+$106=$256 plus my original fine. Stay away from them.
Now its too late to attend the traffic school to save points.
Lesson learned- pay the fine or appeal yourself. Do not hire them.
