The service was well beyond my expectations at Secure Data Recovery Services. The agent was knowledgeable and seemed to understand what we were going through. He was so reassuring, that it looked too good to be true. Nothing was further from the truth. He was spot on with his assessment. He was very informative through the complete process. I had 2 drives in a RAID 0. I had taken the drives to a different recovery place and was told I was out of luck. They said this is what happens when you run a RAID 0. That to me was hard to swallow. The Quick Books for all my companies was on that drive set. We lost all our back-up’s in the flood. It was like the perfect storm. We were Devastated to say the least. So after a goggle search I found you. Everything we had on the drives was sent back to us on a click free backup drive. All I can say is unbelievable.
