Engineer arrived on time, explained how he would carry out his inspection. Put on protective shoe covers, and asked if any questions before starting work, inspecting furnaces in our loft.
Worked consistently on first furnace and found a problem with the heat exchanger. He told us the problem, including a carbon monoxide leak, and what was needed to resolve.He shut down this furnace for safety reasons.With our agreement he then ordered the repair part needed,and arranged to collect it two days later, and return to fit it, the same afternoon that he got the part.
The service was courteous and efficient and we were well satisfied.
Then inspected the second furnace which was fine.
