Rathbun Realty has recently started managing my house. Out of every company I had called inquiring about property management, they were so friendly & helpful. One of their agents met me at the house & talked about how their company works & what I could expect. It was a no brainer, she made me feel like they really have their stuff together. The house rented quickly & the funds were in my account by the end of the month. Now that I'm out of state it's nice to know I don't have to stress about house anymore.
