Have lived in Buenos Aires, know steak, and have been to many steak houses in Miami over the years. Ordered a New York Strip at Baires last week when out of a first date. Was 2/3 fat and gristle. Didn't want to make an issue in front of my date, and send it back, so I went back the next day and make a complaint to the Manager - Gabriela. Filled out form for her to give the owner. Said they would get back to me and never did. Wine was also served AFTER food arrived! There are lots of good steak places in Miami - this isn't one of them - try Patagonia, Novocento, Ruth's Chris in the Gables... or if you want to just chill on Lincoln Rd. there are better places for food, drink and atmosphere.
