Went in to schedule appt for a full keratin treatment with a Groupon. The stylist at the counter was going to schedule me with a new stylist for the service until she found out I also wanted a cut and color then she scheduled me with herself. When I went in for the service after she cut and colored my hair she put about 5 sprays of the express keratin on. I re-scheduled at the front desk for the ""full keratin"" treatment, again. When I went back for the full keratin treatment she still did not give me the full keratin treatment I had purchased with Groupon. I will definetly notify Groupon. I gave them 2 chances to make good and they still wouldn't do the right thing.
