What a disappointment
I was in need of a whole house water filter and called Always Pure for an estimate. That was three months ago. After waiting for several weeks, I called again. No one called me back. Without going into great detail, I called Penny and Steve a total of five times and nothing ever happened. I would guess that they have so much business that they don't need my business. That's fine with me because at this point, I don't want their business and will go elsewhere.
