First of all I must say that I am a proud American who is a devoted listener to Michael Berry. Obviously I have a good amount of respect for the man and thus I trust what he has to say...which has led me here. Although carpet cleaning can be considered something ""minor"" it shouldn't be treated as such when you think about the fact you are inviting a complete stranger into your home. My wife and I are cautious about just who cnmes through our front door - and I can safely say that Mr Berry's recommendation of the gentlemen at Oops Steam Cleaning is right on. A young man named Doug came by our home today and was a perfect representative of a strong American-owned company. He provided awesome service and was extremely knowledgable and professional. Yes, this is the kind of man you can invite into your home and not think twice about it. I am not surprised by Mr Berry's endorsements - like I said, right on the money.
