First time I have used Oops but definately won't be the last!
Young man by the name of Chris called to let me know he was on the way. Very professional & knowledgeable about his company & their products.
I had a couple of spots that I melted with an iron and he went out of his way to fix this area. Carpets looked & smelled amazing when he was finished!!
The carpet dried in a mininum amount of time and as I am writing this the next day the nice clean smell is still there!
I have tried several different carpet cleaning companies over the years but Oops is by far the best! I will definately use them for my next cleaning!!
