I have nothing but good things to say about RPMC services. This company has dealt with all the ""headaches"" of being a landlord from rent collection to maintenance issues. This company is very responsive. They make collections for the rent and then have it directly deposited into my bank account without any problems. They provide monthly accounting statements and have been doing a great job communicating with me. I know they always have my best interests in mind.
