Chanhassen Restaurant & Bar Dining: The consistency in ""policies"" and the resulting customer service seems to be having a negative impact on the patrons as well as the employees. While sitting at the bar I overheard a group of ""regulars"" planning as to what other establishments they could frequent since the rules of happy hour seem to be more and more restrictive. For a restaurant with ""Neighborhood Grill and Bar"" on the sign, I think this location has gone corporate and left the Neighborhood behind. I hope that this will change since it is a great place to socialize and relax with friends.
