This is a terrible company! You will NEVER be able to EVER cancel. Your bank account will contine to be charged, whether you move or even die. I made more than 10 attempts to cancel (by phone, email, certified letter and in person). I contined to be charged for a year after I moved away and had not used the membership. You can file reports with the BBB like I did, cancel the direct payments with your bank and then be sent to collections by World Gym. If you look up class action law suit on google you will find 100's, if not 1000's of people, dealing with the same issues! Consumer BEWARE!
