Used this company in 2009 and have referred others to them since. Called in to confirm what I would be charged at my upcoming visit. Not only was I told I would not receive any discounts for the people I referred but the person I spoke with was also extremely rude to me and refused to give his name so I had no way to report his lack of customer service to management. I happily cancelled my appointment and am going to Images from the Womb who were VERY NICE and helpful when I called them.
