I gave one star because 0 was not an option.We were trying to set up the memorial service and cremation for my father in law.We never had a price or any information or tips on planning(such as flower,cards,pictures) During the meeting 3 hours prior to the service we went over the prices.Unbelievable mark up.Not to mention the condescending tone of Todd.Since when is it professional to walk away and shut the office door while someone who is or was going to rather have you take care of their funeral needs.It was the most ridiculous and childish thing i have ever seen.Bottom line 3 hours prior to memorial service we cancelled it.
