following some rather severe hail storms this past year i had to contact my insurance company to file a claim for the damage to my roof and gutters. The represenetative from Aspenmark made it clear to me they would work with my insurance company to negotiate any additions or changes that might occur between the amount allowed in the claim and the final cost of the work. They clearly did this because when the work was done, re-roofing of the entire house with a premium grade of shingle called Timberline and replacing all of the gutters on the house, the installation of a new wind turbine vent and lastly two new solar tubes to increase the light in the house; all that I ended up paying for was my deductible, the solar tube and the vent. the entire balance was covered by insurance. Even more importantly the house look better today than it has in the 18 years that I have lived here. The entire job was done promptly and on time, completely to my satisfaction.
