I waited about 15 minutes or so, but it wasn't a problem because when he was with me, he was thorough, answered all of my questions, and spent plenty of time with me. He didn't appear rushed, which I appreciated. Dr. Schwartzstein is aware of the needs of her patients and makes every attempt to keep you at ease during your visit. Staff are courteous and professional at all times. But they are also warm and welcoming as you enter the office space.
