I have been going to this Muffler Man for years and haven't had an issue. Today I went in for a oil change and was told it would be a few hours, so I left my car there. 3 hours later I got a call it was done. When I got into my previously spotless car (I have a thing about keeping my car spotless) my floor mats were covered in mud! It was clearly noticeable why would someone not have put down a mat to prevent this or at least cleaned it up. Never returning!
