My husband and I eat here all the time. We almost always order the Phad Thai and Swimming Rama (both with chicken). The Factoria location is very small and it can be hard to get a table in the evenings.
I'm disheartened to see all the low reviews, which is unfortunate. I can't speak for others . . .but I can say that my husband and I eat here (both eat in and take out) about once every other week, and are quite happy to continue eating there. We find it to be on par with several other Thai restaurants on the eastside.
