We heard a critter crawling around in attic. The technician from Horizon Pest Control came by, crawled on roof, and went above and beyond what I think some places would be willing to do. He stayed until he found the solution, which required that he crawl through a really, really small space in attic. Then he closed entry point and put down some traps and, knock on wood, the problem was gone within a week. I should also add that the Horizon people are super polite and very professional.
