When I visiting Ed's Health Food, I was greeted by his elderly mother, who is rude and clueless. Ed himself was on the phone the entire time I was in the store. I was unable to get any useful information. The next time I went to Ed's he was not there and this time both of his elderly parents were there. I have nothing against elderly people and think it's nice to see a family working together. The problem is, I once again was not able to speak with anyone with any true product knowledge. I will never try Ed's Health Food for anything, it's a huge waste of time and effort. He should consider take more of an interest in his customers.
