i am 14 and i hate this store this place is a horrible place to go the people are snotty and dont trust them on highlight stuff i got some my hair look horrible my hair in in maletts and it fallign off i recomed not going if you want poor hair results. go to a salon they know what they are doing not this idot girls please do not go if you want your hair falling and HORRIBLE results go but i WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN
