I am a part owner of this cab company. These negative reviews do not reflect the service that we provide to our customers. Our local customers praise us and recommend us to friends and family frequently. We are concerned that these reviews are being written by one of our competitors in order to slander our business. Please know that if you experience any problems with our office or our drivers, call 504-834-4561 and ask for Tom or Richard. We will do everything that we can to resolve the issue immediately.
