It was really nice to have only one appointment for everything and all in the same location - vehicle damage inspection and quote, service estimate and timeline, and rental service! It inly took one hour for an insurance rep to inspect the damage, make a quote, and set up the service. The body shop is in the same building so the man who was going to fix my car took a look at it and gave me the time estimate on the spot for when my car would be done. Then, I walked across the lobby and was setup with a rental car that I drove out of the parking lot ten minutes later. Very smooth process, very nice people, and overall great service.
