If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day. What was delivered looked like a 3 year old shoved some flowers into a vase. They weren't arranged, many were crushed, it was absolutely horrible! There were only 3 roses, but what was ordered had close to a dozen shown. My husband ordered the Sweetheart Bouquet Deluxe. So, I called several times, calls went straight to voicemail, and I left multiple messages. Only after threatening to complain to FTD, did my call get returned. I sent a photo of what was delivered and was told ""They didn't leave the shop like that"". However, after more discussion, she said that she hadn't even seen the flowers before they left. I wonder how she knew what they looked like when they left the shop if she hadn't even seen them??!! I also sent her a photo of the bouquet shown on the FTD site. She promised that she would replicate it and deliver it on February 16. What arrived had 5 roses (a slight improvement on the original delivery), but was still a very small, skimpy arrangement....nothing like what FTD shows. The type of flowers are the same, but the volume is hugely different. My husband is very disappointed. He is out of the country and really wanted me to receive something nice since he couldn't be there. Instead, I have had to complain multiple times and spend a lot of time trying to get this resolved, just to have another crappy arrangement delivered. I wish I could upload the photos for everyone to see. They speak for themselves!
