DO NOT TRUST LARRY HINNANT OR HIS FIRM. He damaged furniture and personal property and still has not refunded us the agreed settlement amount after 4 months. We are taking him to court, as he took full replacement value insurance premiums and basically STOLE the money, as he has done NOTHING to ensure that our damages are fixed. He is shady, badmouthing his competition, however, the NC Interior agency that oversees movers in NC, has a large file on this man for all the complaints and problems he has caused consumers. He had the adacity to ask me to write him a good review after he failed to provide us with a receipt, any copies of paperwork or claim process. He is an outright thief and should be prosecuted. Check the BBB,as he has an F rating. Buyer beware, he is a lying cheat. All that you will get from First Class Move is a first class understanding of how to file against a firm in court.
