Beware of Veolia's "contract" when you sign up. You are locked in for 3 years and they can raise their rates whenever they choose. You must notify them by certified mail at least 60 and no more than 120 days before the end of the 3 year time period to cancel, otherwise the contract is "rolled over" into another 3 year term and you are stuck with no recourse except to pay 50% for the duration if you choose to discontinue. Better do without or try another service.
