RIverbend Body Shop is a very professional organization that does everything they say they'll do. The free loaner is the frosting on the cake! They communicated with me frequently throughout the process. My car was fixed in a timely fashion and it looks even better than it did before the accident. A few days after I picked up my car, I noticed a few minor things that weren't right so I went back to Riverbend Body Shop and they fixed everything on the spot while I waited. I've had bad experiences at body shops before so my level of expectation wasn't the highest. That has totally changed now that I've found a place that does what they say they're going to do and they do it right!
