I have been going to Salon Ultimo for a few years now and always get wonderful service. The new appointment reminder by text is a great service. I received three texts and one email reminding me of my appointment this week, a bit excessive maybe but a good reminder. When I arrived for my appointment at the agreed apon time, it was very crowded, with no place to sit at first. I ended up waiting 15 minutes past my appointed time before I was brought back for my haircut. I was reminded four times what time to be there, and I did arrive at the appointed time, so I would have appreciated a text saying my stylist was running 15 minutes late and that I could in turn arrive 15 minutes later than agreed upon.
