I have no idea why this place was actually given some good reviews and 5 stars? Trust the bad reviews and please ignore Tinaday32475. This place is horrible! The receptionists are complete idiots and very rude. Especially Gloria. They talk down to customers and just sit behind the desk and giggle like little immature high school students! Went there 3 times and saw three different hair stylists that had varying levels of experience. Not one hair sylist accomplished the color I wanted. Each time I left there my hair became very brassy within 2-3 weeks (and this was after paying a ton for a toner each time)! I had enough and stopped going. I guess I tried to give this place a shot and made the mistake of listening to the idiot receptionists trying to tell me they would make it right. Well.... they didn't. They lie on their website and show that stylists have so many years of experience. For example, they claim that a 30 year old hair stylist has 15 years experience! What did the idiot go to school at 15?The place is also a la carte. When you walk out of there, you end up dropping well over 200.00. They don't tell you what the cost is going to be until after the fact and they can't keep their staff. Every time I walk in they have a new, teeny little street walker looking girls who are dressed very provocatively. If you want some moron girl who is not experienced, younger than you or the same age, and can't comprehend a customers directions, then by all means go to this horrible place. This place consistently makes mistakes and does not listen to their customers! The management is obviously very poor, does not care about customer service ratings, and just cares about sitting back and raking in the money! Believe me......this place is a huge rip off!!!!!
