I've had Botox before, but at a much more expensive cost and was not quiet sure about purchaseing this procedure online through Groupon. Jessica Houchens was the nurse practitioner who gave me the Botox injections and she is very PROFESSIONAL and knowledgeable about what she is doing. YES I will continue to visit Evolve again, even though I have to drive 45 minutes to that location.
