i see you have time to say merry christmas,but no time to return phone calls,or,refill prescription. as a patiant of dr. mcallisters,i felt totally ingnored and unimportant. on several occassions i was livid. my last visit,the dr. rushed out of the room before i was finished talking to him. the woman who was supposed to call in my prescition,did not. when i called about it i got an arguement about it. the dr. said it had been 3 months. it had not. it was finally filled. every time i called the office for a refill,it was not done. they said""did you check your pharmacy?"". when i called there was nothing there. on one occassion there was. was i supposed to smell what was going on? i have told everyone i know of my experience with your office. i want a copy of this mail delivered to dr. mcallister. i will be checking to see that it has. all round,it has been a regrettable experience
