When I was in last week to see Dr. Kubitz for my monthly follow up, I couldn’t help but notice how well Michael and the front office handles every patient that walked through the door. For example: Michael was dealing with a patient who was upset about their bill and he remained very calm while explaining to the patient the reason they had the bill as well a possible solutions. Once the patient started to understand he calmed down and thanked Michael for his time and even apologized to the staff for make such a scene.
