I was trying to install a deadbolt in my house, and I called Advanced Lock & Security to come out and bore a new hole for me. I came to find that the hole was large enough, but there was an insert in it. Joe came out, installed the lock, explained what was happening, and took care of it all. He was very nice and helpful.
