I was very pleased with the customer service. However, I was displeased with the end result of the carpet cleaning. First I was advised that it would take 8 hours for the carpet to dry and it actually took 24 hours to dry. Once it dried, it looked great for the first two days, but then it looked very dirty after that. On a side note, I had the title clean that that turned out great.
