I had the downstairs of my house cleaned which included a pet stain area. It just didn't seem like a lot of time was spent cleaning the carpet.
Also, a large ottoman with wooden legs was placed in/on my brand new leather recliner chair as well as the hose not being tightened after being used by the service man. When I went to use the hose (which is located inside my garage) the next time water sprayed all over the garage as well as myself.
