This was my first time using Prestige Plumbing. The first thing that impressed me was that I got a call back on the same day from Tim, the proprietor. He was also the actual one who came and did the set-up. He was going to come and assess what I needed, but he also had what I needed in his truck so that he could start the necessary work that same day if we wanted. I thought that was great.
Tim came, he answered some additional questions, estimated the time it would take, and was right on with his estimate. I took some before-and-after pictures, and everything was good. He showed me how everything worked, and he explained what would be covered by his warranty and by the manufacturer's warranty. He also gave us other options for work outside of what the warranties covered.
Tim was fantastic. He was very professional and very nice. I would recommend him to other people. It's good to see that great customer service is not dead, and there are still some great places out there doing it. He's a home business, not a chain, and you can see that he cares about his work and his reputation and wants to do the best he can. I applaud him for that.
