I backed into my garage door (don't ask) and while I was trying to straighten it out, the opener crashed to the floor. I was picturing a huge expense, with a repair sometime in 2013. I called Girards this morning and by nightfall, James had everything fixed, all the bolts on both openers replaced with longer ones, actually in the studs (the originals weren't well placed) - all with a smile and courtesy. Great work!
