I was pleased with the ease of the on-line process, as well as the constant communication (order received, order processed, order delivered). I also was pleased that the amount the original receipt showed would be charged was LESS when the final bill was forwarded. (Some kind of processing fee was eliminated.) I haven't heard anything from the family, though, so don't have corroboration from that end that the plant was received and was nice. Those kinds of things take time, and I have no reason to doubt that the plant wasn't as pretty as the photograph. You've no idea how many places I checked on line for theMclean area florists and how HORRIBLY high their prices were. Your prices were reasonable and I was pleased with the overall service.
